Private Instruction

There are times when you need extra time to study on a particular skill or topic, even in addition to the Standard, Intensive, or the Super Intensive schedule. This is where the Private Instruction Program can help. You secure private, semi-private, or small group lessons with your favorite teacher and work on your specific English language needs at a time that is convenient for you.

Here is how it works:
When you sign up for this program you buy a Private Instruction Program (PIP) Card. Each PIP Card has 12 holes to punch. The following chart displays how many holes are punched from your card per lesson. The number of holes punched depends on the number of students in your lesson.

Since each card has room for 12 punch holes you may use it for any combination of lessons for 12 punches total. You may schedule your lessons with your favorite teacher any time that is convenient for both of you.
Each lesson is one hour and includes instruction and practice on the skill or topic of your choice. Lessons are scheduled outside of regular class hours but they are held inside our center.

The Value of the PIP Card
Normally, private instruction costs $60 or more per hour. With the PIP Card, you save money on private, semi-private, and small group lessons. At a special price of US or CN $200, you save up to $40 per card!

*The PIP Card is non-refundable and may not be used by anyone other than the student who purchased it. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, otherwise the lesson will be charged against the card.
