    The JOYEDU International Cultural Exchange Center was founded in 2008 with the merger of the Keytec Technology Co. Ltd.

    The JOYEDU's mission is "to increase international understanding through the promotion of travel and educational opportunities for students and youth".

    JOYEDU work through specialist sector associations to provide a range of valuable services and products for young travelers around the globe including Student Identity Cards, Language Travel Experiences, Work Exchange and Au Pair Experiences, Student Flights, Youth Accommodation and Travel Insurance.

    In addition to assisting with the provision of these services and products, JOYEDU is committed to understanding the ever changing characteristics, motivations, and needs of young travelers. JOYEDU gathers analyses and shares important research data and market intelligence with academics, corporate and government decision-makers, and the general traveling public.

    Growing in size as well as reputation, JOYEDU is now considered the student and youth education, career and travel community's most important, must-attend organization.

Background

    Since 1950, Exchange programs have been worked to promote educational, cultural, and programs among young people globally. Over the years, JOYEDU experienced significant growth in its membership and its members' turnover.

    The founding purpose of the organization is to increase international understanding through the promotion of travel and exchange opportunities among students and young people remained constant.

    In March 2004, JOYEDU and Keytec began discussions to evaluate the potential for restructuring the organizations to form a stronger, united representative force for the student and youth travel industry.

    In 2008, the governing bodies of JOYEDU, KEYTEC and their respective sector associations provided a clear mandate for the creation of a new, united organization to represent the international education, student and youth travel community.
