Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the College Student Internship Training Network! These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Joyedu International Cultural Exchange Center. By registering an account, accessing, or using the services of this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

This platform is an information service platform for study abroad, internships, and employment for college and high school students, providing:

  • Display and application for study abroad/internship/employment information.
  • Resume creation and optimization tools.
  • Project application process training and services.
  • Career assessments and course resources.
  • School-Enterprise Matching Services
  • Points and Membership System

Important Notice:We are committed to providing authentic and reliable job information, but we do not make absolute guarantees regarding employer qualifications, job authenticity, or salary and benefits. Users are required to verify the information themselves.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Eligibility:

  • You must be a current student or recent graduate aged 16 or above.
  • Provide true, accurate, and complete personal information.
  • It is prohibited to register using false information, another person's identity, or automated tools.

3.2 Account Security:

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use.
  • If you have not logged in for 12 consecutive months, we have the right to suspend or cancel your account.

3.3 Prohibited Actions:

  • Transferring, renting, or lending your account.
  • Batch registration or malicious volume inflation.
  • Using crawlers, scripts, or other automated tools to scrape data.

4. User Code of Conduct

4.1 You undertake not to engage in the following behaviors:

Commercial ConductPosting advertisements, recruiting agents, or selling goods on the platform without permission.
Circumvention of RulesExploiting vulnerabilities for undue gain or assisting others in violating rules.

4.2 Content Posting Rules:

  • You retain ownership of content such as resumes and portfolios you upload.
  • Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right for display, matching, and recommendation purposes.
  • We reserve the right to delete violating content without prior notice.

5. Points and Membership System

5.1 Points Rules:

  • Points are earned through purchasing products or participating in activities, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points are valid for 1 year, with a reminder sent 30 days before expiration.
  • During a refund, points will be refunded first, and consumed points will be deducted proportionally.

5.2 Membership Levels:

  • Different levels enjoy different benefits (e.g., application quotas, resource access permissions).
  • Levels are automatically calculated based on consumption amount or accumulated points.
  • We have the right to adjust the level rules, but already acquired benefits will not be affected.

6. Orders and Payment

6.1 Service Purchase:

  • Product prices are based on the page display; we may adjust them from time to time.
  • Points can be exchanged for vouchers for deduction but cannot be used directly for payment.
  • Service quotas take effect immediately upon payment completion.

6.2 Refund Policy:

  • Unused services: You can apply for a full refund within 7 days.
  • Partially used: Refund based on the proportion of remaining unused service.
  • Virtual goods (e.g., downloaded materials): Not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Process: Apply → Review (3 business days) → Refund to original payment method (7-15 business days)

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content:

  • Website design, text, graphics, logos, and databases are owned by us.
  • Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use for commercial purposes.

7.2 User Content:

  • Resumes, works, etc., that you upload still belong to you.
  • You warrant that you have legal rights and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You shall be solely responsible for any infringement disputes arising from the content you upload.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 Service is provided 'as is':

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
  • We do not guarantee that job postings are absolutely authentic or that employers are absolutely reliable.
  • We do not guarantee that you will obtain an internship or job opportunity.

8.3 Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not liable for losses caused by third parties such as employers, payment institutions, or cloud service providers.
  • However, for paid services purchased through us, we will assist you in protecting your rights.

8.3 Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total service fees you have paid in the most recent 12 months.

9. Termination of Agreement

9.1 You may cancel your account at any time, but existing transactions and legal responsibilities will not be affected.

9.2 We may terminate the service under the following circumstances:

  • You materially breach these Terms.
  • You engage in illegal activities.
  • Account not used for 12 consecutive months.
  • Cease service due to regulatory requirements or business adjustments.

9.3 After Termination:

  • Your account data and content will be deleted after 6 months (except as required by law to be retained).
  • Purchased but unused services can contact customer service to apply for a refund.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law: The laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).

10.2 Dispute Resolution:

  • Prioritize amicable negotiation for resolution.
  • If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction at the company's registered address for resolution.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.

11.2 No Waiver of Rights: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

11.3 Assignment: You may not transfer the rights and obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer the Service due to mergers, acquisitions, or other reasons.

11.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.
